How does N39plus Works？
A data plan SIM card (similar to those used in cell phones) is installed in the device to enable access to the internet using the 4G LTE cellular infrastructure of Mobile Network Operators like AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon.

What if I can't access the network?
If your N39plus is showing a network error, don't worry—it’s usually an easy fix. Here are a few troubleshooting steps:
Check the SIM Card: Make sure the SIM card is correctly inserted. Take it out and put it back in firmly to ensure a good connection.
Restart the Device: Power off your N39plus completely, wait a few seconds, and then turn it back on. This often resolves minor network glitches.
Check Your Data Plan: Confirm that your SIM card’s data plan is active and has not expired.
Contact Your Carrier: The issue could be related to your mobile network provider’s settings.

How do I renew my data plan after one year?
What is a POC radio? How is it different from a regular walkie-talkie?
POC stands for Push-to-Talk over Cellular. Unlike traditional UHF/VHF walkie-talkies that rely on local radio frequencies and have limited range (a few miles), a POC radio uses cellular networks (4G/5G) to enable instant communication. This means you can talk to someone across cities or even nationwide, as long as there is cellular coverage. It works just like a walkie-talkie in operation (press to talk), but the technology behind it is completely different.
Does this product require a SIM card to work?
Yes, a POC radio typically requires a SIM card to access cellular network services. The N39plus comes with a pre-installed SIM card and includes a one-year data plan (up to 800MB/Month*12Month, suitable for regular voice-only communication). The cost of the first year's data plan is included in the purchase price of the device, so no additional payment is required during the first year. After the first year, a fee of $9.90 per year is charged for each radio to cover cellular data costs.
My device shows a SIM is inserted, but it cannot connect to the network. Why?
Several possible reasons: SIM not activated / APN settings missing or incorrect / Service expired / Local carrier incompatibility / Device needs a restart.

Why is the signal weak or the connection unstable?
Weak signal is almost always due to cellular coverage:
Location – Basements, elevators, parking garages, metal buildings, rural areas, and mountains have poor coverage.
Interference – Thick concrete walls, hills, or bad weather can affect signal.
Try moving closer to a window or outside. POC radios are not satellite or long‑range RF – they need a live cellular tower.
