If your N39plus fails to register on the network during its first use, the screen may display the main menu or show a QR code accompanied by an error code. Follow these steps to resolve the issue:
1. Check Your Signal and Restart Ensure the antenna is securely installed. Move to an outdoor area with strong cellular coverage, then restart the radio multiple times to see if it successfully logs into the network and clears the error.
2. Scan the QR Code for Support If the radio still cannot connect and continues to display an error or QR code, open your smartphone's camera and scan the QR code on the screen. This will retrieve your device's ICCID and other diagnostic details. Email this information to support@talkpod.com so our technical team can assist you with troubleshooting.
3. Data Plan or Expiration Prompts
If the error message states that your data plan has expired or your monthly data limit has been reached, please open a support ticket directly on this page or contact us. We will investigate your account status and provide a quick solution.
